The Mobile Health Competence Centre is part of the International Competence Centres Program at the Barcelona Mobile World Capital Foundation.

The International Competence Centres Program is a meeting point between the ICT industry and companies and organisations from different sectors. It identifies main stakeholders, defines Master Plans for the industries' mobile transformation, both economically and socially.

The mHealth Competence Centre's Website is supported by the Advisory Committee, which is composed by experts on the field of mHealth, and consists of individuals who have demonstrated interest in mHealth; are knowledgeable and leaders on their respective areas; and have a clear sense of trends in healthcare, mobile health, health information technology and education, among others.
